Quality Policy

OZEANO URDINA, S.L. is a company specialized in providing solutions for efficiently preserving vegetable products during the stages of refrigerated transport and storage.

Ozeano’s team is aware of the importance of quality’s concept and the commitment of offering it to our clients under the sustainability that minimize the impact our activity cause, particularly the waste generation derived from the use of our products.

The aim is not only to accomplish the increasing legal regulation that concern us, but also be one step ahead trying to reach the highest satisfaction from our clients with the lowest impact in a measurable way and continuously improving.

The following general objectives, assumed by OZEANO, are expected to be reached with the daily application of the quality guidelines:

  • A continuous contact with the internal and external interested parties to detect their needs and expectations and settle the basis of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure that our products fulfill the legal requirements and our specifications.
  • Continuous improvement of the Management System ensuring the availability of resources and the establishment of suitable systems of monitoring, measurement and analysis of processes.
  • Instruct, motivate and involve the whole team in the management and development of the Quality and Environmental Management System which is an element of integration and satisfaction for the workers.

In order to reach these general objectives, we will fix together our quality and environmental specific objectives.

OZEANO’s Direction commits itself to communicate this Policy in a way that the Organisation can understand it, making it available for all the interested parties and regularly reviewed in order to ensure its continuous suitability to OZEANO’S aim.
